Privacy policy

Updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains how CargoLoad (cargoload.app) handles information when you use our container loading planning service.

Account and business data

We process your email, company name, password hash, verification and session information to provide accounts and security. Uploaded cargo lists, loading tasks, plans and exports support the planning service. Contact form names, email addresses and messages are used to respond to inquiries.

Analytics and your choices

We record page categories, language, time, referring domains and format-limited campaign parameters for basic visit counts. Without analytics consent, we do not create a persistent visitor identifier or load Google Analytics; basic visit counts continue. With consent, we store a random visitor identifier in your browser and enable GA4 for page views, registration verification and first-task events. We do not intentionally send emails, cargo contents or specific task IDs to GA4.

Cookies and browser storage

Session, language and preference information use cookies or browser storage. GA4 may also use cookies after consent. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page to decline or withdraw consent, stop future GA4 collection and remove our analytics visitor identifier. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control block optional analytics. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already processed.

Service providers and security

Hosting, network security and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Network requests may produce service logs containing IP addresses, separate from our analytics event table. When enabled, Google receives browser requests and analytics information. Providers may process data outside your country or region. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and privacy requests

Our visit events are retained for up to 90 days with daily cleanup; Google Analytics retention depends on its service settings. Account, business, inquiry and backup data are retained for service, security and necessary retention purposes, rather than the 90-day analytics period. Use Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, stating your account email and request. Identity verification may be required, and legally required records may not be deleted immediately.

Updates and contact

Updates will be published here with a revised date. Contact the CargoLoad team through Contact us for questions about data handling or privacy choices.
